Where can i get the 20/20 fire artifact?

Sir Pohl Sandbert, in the Arid Sea, trades them for five Dune Burrower Jaws. I suggest farming them outside of Thirsty River.

Also, check out guildwiki.org next time...they have an exhaustive list of collector items.
